Breathe-Blue Apatite

Center yourself. Breathe in. And exhale. This is a visual grounding piece to help with calming the mind and becoming present in the moment. This is a symbol I designed to visually guide yourself through a simple meditation. Start in the center bringing your attention from all four directions inward. The inner circle represents your inner world, the outer is the world around you. The + is a focal point to look within. Starting at the center and open circle breathe in, move up to a solid circle and exhale, open circle inhale, closed circle exhale. Work around until your back at the beginning. With blue apatite, Elite shungite, diamond quartz, clear quartz, and copper. Infused with reiki, made with love.
