Return Policy for YOUAREIdesigns

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a return policy to make sure you're taken care of. Please read below for our full return details.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact.
  • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable, unless defective or damaged.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Please contact us at youareidesigns@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible), and ship it back to us using your preferred carrier.
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or there was an error in processing your order.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • You will be notified via email once your return has been processed. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges:

  • If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please reach out to us at youareidesigns@gmail.com, and we will guide you through the exchange process.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund for the damaged product.

Sale Items:

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
